Private beta for defect inspectors
Inspect the unit.
Finish with the report.
Periksa keeps your photographs, locations, findings and report wording together while you work, so there is less to sort out later.
Built for residential defect inspections in Malaysia.

The inspection should not end with hours of admin.
Photographs in the camera roll. Notes somewhere else. Locations remembered, or not. Then the report is rebuilt at a desk from all of it.
In Periksa, one finding already holds its location, its photographs, its place on the plan and its wording.
- Camera roll80 photographs, no room names
- Notes"MB wall tile crack nr shower"
- Floor planWhich bathroom was that?
- ReportRebuilt on Tuesday night

One pass through the unit.
Six steps, in the order you already work.
Choose the location
Tap the room you are standing in. Every finding from here is filed under it.

Capture the evidence
The camera opens straight away. Take one photograph or several, then move on.

Classify and mark the defect
Tap the element and the defect type. Circle or arrow what you found on the photograph.

Place the floor-plan pin
Tap the plan where the defect is. The report shows it in the same place.

Check before leaving
Periksa lists any finding without a photograph or a pin while you are still at the unit.

Preview the finished report
Open the PDF preview on your phone, then send it to the client.

Tap through the inspection.
Choose the location, element and defect. Periksa prepares editable report wording while you stay focused on the unit.

The room decides the list
In a bathroom you see bathroom elements first. Kitchen items stay out of the way.
Element, component, defect type
Wall, then wall tiles, then crack. Three taps, one consistent record.
Starter wording, yours to edit
A finding and a recommendation, in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ready to change.
Show exactly what you found.
Capture the evidence, mark the affected area and keep every photograph with the correct finding.

Give every finding a place.

- Minor
Know before you leave.
Periksa checks the inspection for missing evidence while you are still at the unit.

A photograph is compulsory when a finding is saved. The check still catches older records without one, findings without a pin, and anything left off the report.
The report is already taking shape.
Your inspection record becomes a structured, client-ready PDF without rebuilding the job after the visit.

- Cover with the unit photograph and your branding
- Summary by severity and by room
- Floor plan with numbered pins
- Every finding with its photographs, in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Reinspection report: what was put right
- A real PDF with selectable text, small enough to send on WhatsApp.
- English, Bahasa Malaysia, or both in one document.
- Cover, scope, summary, findings, floor plans, declaration and signature.
Built for a working inspector.
Faster on-site capture
Tap the room, take the photograph, choose the defect. Save and take the next one.

Less photograph sorting
Every photograph is saved against its finding, not in a camera roll.
Consistent reporting
The same structure on every job: cover, summary, findings, floor plans, declaration.
English and Bahasa Malaysia
One report in English, in Malay, or both together.
Works without signal
The inspection runs entirely on the phone. Only sign-in and licensing need a connection.
Your own branding
Business name, registration number, logo, signature and stamp on every report.
Reinspections
Go back, record what was put right, and issue a rectification report.
Records stay on your device
Inspection records and photographs remain on your phone. Account and licence details use an online service.

Periksa is in private beta with a small number of working defect inspectors in Malaysia.

- You use it on your own inspections. Records stay on your phone, and you remain responsible for your clients’ information.
- Your feedback shapes the workflow before launch.
- Access is time-limited, and joining the beta does not promise permanent free access.
Questions inspectors ask.
What is Periksa?
A phone app for residential defect inspections. You record findings with photographs on site and produce a PDF report from the same record.
Who is it for?
Freelance defect inspectors and very small inspection teams in Malaysia.
Is Periksa available now?
Not publicly. It is in private beta with invited inspectors and is not yet on the App Store or Google Play.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Inspections, photographs, mark-up, floor-plan pins and the PDF all work offline. Signing in and licensing need a connection.
Can I create bilingual reports?
Yes. Each report can be English, Bahasa Malaysia, or both. A finding with no Malay wording prints in English.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Your business name, registration number, logo, signature and stamp go on the report. You can also set the report title and accent colour.
What happens to my inspection data?
Inspection records and photographs stay on your phone. Periksa sends only your email address, for the account and licence. You can erase everything from Settings.
How do I join the beta?
Fill in the short form on this page with your name, email and the phone you use. You can also email support@rintova.com.
